What is a credit?
One credit builds one complete taste test route for one city, with the scoring sheet and the creator kit included.
Do credits expire?
Credits from a one-time pack never expire. Credits included with a subscription stay while the subscription is active, and unused credits are not taken away if you cancel.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, at any time, from your account, and it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. No phone call and no email required.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds follow the terms of service. If a plan was generated and you believe it was wrong, write to us and we will look at that specific plan.
How do I pay?
Card payment in a secure checkout window on this site. The checkout opens over the page and never sends you to another site.
Is there a free way to use the planner?
Yes. One route a day without an account shows the first two stops, and a new account comes with a free plan credit.
Do I need a subscription for a single trip?
No. The one-time pack is the right size for a trip or a one-off video, and it is cheaper than a month of the creator plan.
What happens when my credits run out?
The planner says so before it builds anything: the preview still works, nothing is charged automatically, and the pricing page is one tap away.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. A receipt goes to the email address on the account within a minute of a successful payment, and that same address answers any billing question.
Can I share a plan with someone?
Every plan can be printed and its caption copied, so you can hand the route to whoever is filming with you.
