Write to contact@citytastetest.com and say which page you mean. A correction gets checked and fixed; a question gets an answer from the same address.
What to expect
- A reply within two working days, often sooner.
- Corrections are checked against a documented source before a page changes.
- Billing questions are answered from the same address, and never ask you for card details.
- We do not send marketing to anyone who writes in.
Common reasons people write in
A dish is described wrongly
Send the page and the sentence. If it can be sourced, it is corrected.
A plan did not generate
Tell us the city and the day. If a credit was used on a route that failed, the credit is returned.
A page will not load
Say which page and which browser. Small sites break in specific ways and this is the fastest fix.
